Changes requested after final proof approval may require a re-layout or reprint fee and can affect production timing.

Rush work is subject to studio capacity and production-partner availability.

FAQ

Questions, answered clearly.

Can Avenoir create day-of stationery if our invitations came from another vendor?

Yes. We can work from approved invitation files, colour references, and visual direction where appropriate, or create a fresh day-of approach that feels at home in the venue.

Are printing and sign materials included in the package price?

Day-of packages begin with design and coordination. Printing, paper, sign substrates, finishing, delivery, and installation are quoted after quantities, venue requirements, and material choices are confirmed.

When do we need to finalize place cards and seating charts?

Place cards and seating charts are ideally finalized around three to four weeks before the wedding, after RSVPs and table assignments are stable. Changes after final proof approval may require additional production time and fees.

Can you make menu cards with dietary variations?

Yes, where the final menu information is provided in a clear, approved format. Multiple menu versions, dietary layouts, and last-minute changes are scoped according to quantity and complexity.

Do you provide sign stands, easels, or installation?

These items are not included by default. Sign substrates, stands, rentals, installation, delivery, and venue placement are quoted separately when available and appropriate.

Do we need a wedding planner to work with Avenoir?

No. Couples can work directly with Avenoir. If you have a planner, we can coordinate with them around approved files, guest information, venue needs, and timing.

Do you offer Toronto pickup?

Pickup may be available by arrangement in Toronto. Eligible products can also be shipped within Canada.
