Can I order just one card?
Yes. Every option is available from one 5 × 7 card, with no minimum order.
Can I order matching cards in packs?
Yes. Choose 5, 10, or 25 matching cards; pack savings appear in the builder.
Can every card have a different message?
Recipient names can be personalized per card. Different full inside messages are not part of the standard self-service configuration.
Can I upload my own artwork?
The fixed-price builder supports a simple motif and an artwork reference. Secure artwork-file upload is not enabled in checkout yet, so the order should not rely on an attachment being received.
What illustrations can be embossed?
Simple line art, silhouettes, symbols, basic geometry, and simplified botanical motifs work best.
Why is there a custom embossing setup fee?
Bespoke cards need a new disposable stencil cut and prepared for that production batch. Signature designs use existing commercial folders.
Can I reorder a previous design?
An unchanged, reliably identified approved design can use the C$15 stencil recreation setup. A new stencil is still required for each run.
Do the cards include envelopes?
Yes. A matching standard envelope is included; premium envelopes are optional.
Can I leave the inside blank?
Yes. Leave the inside message field empty.
How long does production take?
Production timing is confirmed after order review. Priority production is a request that is accepted only when capacity permits.
Can I pick up my cards in Toronto?
Yes. Free Toronto pickup is available at checkout.
