Custom pet portrait FAQs
Can you combine two pets from separate photos?
Yes. We can create one cohesive multiple-pet portrait from separate photographs of each pet.
Do my pets need to be photographed together?
No. Separate reference photos are welcome; clear images of each pet are enough to begin.
How many photos should I send?
Send three to five photographs for one pet, or at least four total for two or more pets. Different angles and expressions help us understand their individual features.
What kinds of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos taken near eye level work best. Include close views of the face and any distinctive markings.
Can you combine pets from different photographs?
Yes. Your pets do not need to appear in the same photograph; we can work from separate references.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Select the number of pets in the form and upload at least four useful photographs total, with clear views of every pet.
Can you add my pet’s name?
Yes. A name, date or short inscription can be discussed after we review your photographs.
Can I request adjustments?
Yes. You will review a digital proof before production, and one minor adjustment is included.
What sizes are available?
Our signature portrait is 11 × 14 inches. Gallery Framed presents that artwork in a 16 × 20 black frame with a wide white mat.
Can I order the portrait framed?
Yes. Add a basic ready-to-hang frame for C$50, or choose Gallery Framed—a 16 × 20 black frame with a wide white mat—for C$75. Shipping is calculated separately.
Can the same portrait be made into a decal?
Yes. The portrait can be adapted into a simplified, durable single-colour decal for a vehicle window, laptop or another smooth surface.
Do you create memorial portraits?
Yes. We can work sensitively from the photographs you have, including several older references when needed.

Custom pet portraits are created by Avenoir Print in Toronto, Ontario.
How long does a custom pet portrait take?
Timing depends on the portrait and finish you choose. We confirm the production timeline after reviewing your photos and order details.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. Canada-wide shipping is available, and Toronto-area pickup can be arranged.
