Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Avenoir as soon as possible. The available options depend on whether the order has moved into production.
During production
Once a made-to-order item is in production, changes may no longer be possible or may require additional charges depending on the stage of the order.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are reviewed individually. If costs have already been committed to the order, they may not be fully reversible.
