THE STUDIO
Good print work begins before anything reaches the printer.
Avenoir helps shape the full piece: refining artwork, choosing suitable materials, preparing files correctly, considering scale and placement, and selecting the production method that best supports the design.
That may mean simplifying a graphic so it cuts cleanly in vinyl, preparing detailed artwork for garment printing, matching stationery elements across a suite, testing an embossed finish, or finding a practical way to produce a small custom run.
The goal is not simply to print what is provided. It is to help the final result feel considered from beginning to end.

MADE WITH INTENTION
From the paper beneath a hand to the final finish on a garment or sign, material choices are part of the design—not an afterthought.

Every project is different, but the way we approach the work remains consistent.
Each visual decision should support the message, material, format, and way the finished piece will actually be used.
Artwork is reviewed and adjusted for the production method rather than being treated as a file that simply needs to be sent to print.
Small-batch production allows closer attention to placement, finishing, colour, assembly, and the details that can easily be lost in mass production.
From one card to a complete suite, every piece should feel visually connected and appropriate to the person, occasion, or business behind it.
Avenoir is built for projects that need more attention than a standard upload-and-order process can provide.
Small quantities make room for testing, adjustment, personalization, and more direct collaboration. They also make it possible to explore details such as specialty papers, layered materials, embossing, foiling, vinyl, garment printing, custom packaging, and coordinated finishing without forcing every idea into a mass-production model.
This approach is especially useful for independent businesses, couples, families, artists, and clients creating something for a specific moment rather than a broad market.
LOCAL STUDIO
Avenoir Print serves clients in Toronto and the surrounding area, with local pickup available for suitable projects and shipping available where practical.
Working locally makes it easier to discuss materials, review samples, solve production questions, and create pieces that feel personal rather than anonymous.
Whether the project is a wedding invitation, a thoughtful gift, a piece of apparel, a vehicle decal, or a small business print run, the process begins with understanding what the piece needs to do and how it should feel.
THE NAME
Avenoir is a name shaped by the ideas of looking forward and holding something meaningful.
It reflects the studio’s interest in objects that live between those two ideas: pieces created for a future moment, yet designed to become part of a memory.
A card may be opened once and kept for years. A printed garment may begin with a child’s drawing. A wedding suite may introduce a day that has not happened yet. A business sign may mark the beginning of something new.
The work is practical, but it is also personal. That balance is at the heart of Avenoir.
FROM THE STUDIO
My background is in design, storytelling, and digital experiences, but I have always been drawn to the physical details that make an idea feel real.
Avenoir grew from that interest: taking an image, message, drawing, or identity and turning it into something a person can hold, wear, give, display, or keep.
I approach each project as both a designer and a maker. That means thinking about the concept and composition, but also the paper, surface, scale, production method, assembly, and final presentation.
The studio is still intentionally small. That allows me to stay close to the work, experiment carefully, and give each project the level of attention it deserves.
